I' m going tons of Iceland (SW region UP ton of Gulfoss) NEXT February and to hoping tons buy my walking boat soon that in such a way they acres fully worn in. don' t want any blisters when i' m there! We' RH emergency doing any major hiking, but wants quietly fuel element doing A fair amount OF walking more over the 7 days so i don' t want ton end to UP MISSING out on anything thing because my feet hurt. hey, any idea what sort of hiking shoes or trainers i will need for south east asia where it is gona be mighty humid and hot? im gona be doing some mild trekking, probably and all day trek at most but want some good hiking footwear as the only other thing i will have is flip flops! so what do i go for??

shall i have waterproof or go for thin ones that will dry out quick? boots are too big as im backpacking so need something that aint too hefty to carry around!

I bought a good pair of hiking boots Which are a comfortable fitting. They are waterproof, but wothin an hour of wearing them my feet start to tingle. If I wear them for more than one day I get something like athletes foot. The over the counter remedies do their job – but is there something I can do to the boat to stop it happening – sprinkle in the powder is an obvious one. Was wondering if any yahoo had a solution?

I' VE decided ton take UP hiking after enjoying with A it friend. However i used his gear and i would like tons know the best type OF equipment look for as backpack, jackets, boat, fleece etc..

im having trouble finding a right pair of boots. im flat footed which dont help, so most type of boots rub. i bought a pair of asolo alpineist gtx boots, which cost around £150, so there really good boots, but they have NO give, so its hard to walk in them. im planning on going to scotland in march for a weeks hiking so would it be worth taking another pair of boots in my pack? im also hiking for an average of about 7 days on me bill so i need to take that into concideration.
