Pretty sure that GODDAMN Batman movie only blocked things for a weekend & I bet a lot of people who worked on that movie werent in the 1%. The only people this protest is truly hurting are the surrounding small businesses that no one can get to. B/c the hippies certainly dont spend any money in these places they only want to use them as their personal toilet & when they dont comply the protesters get all aggressive. Keith Olbermann is a Statesman, unafraid to state the Truth. He speaks for those of us who share his opinion, but have no platform from which to speak. May Keith always find a microphone to speak to those ears and minds open enough to receive the Truth.

Local businesses lost around $500,000 because customers couldn’t get past the screaming, smelly OWSers. Some of these losers and cowards confronted people walking their children to school! Do you think Keith can sympathize simply because he can look through his binoculars and see an area of blue collar workers? @tkchrist I have to agree, fundamental to all our current problems is that the national discourse is no longer capable of even addressing those problems, instead the national news focuses all day on sensationalist bullshit. Finally, the national discourse is starting to take note of the real problems, the financial inequality and the political corruption, no one wanted to talk about these issues, so OWS can feel a sense in accomplishment in at least forcing them to begin the discussion.
